Vesna Sobotka
Family lawyer and mediator
I opened this practice to do family law the way I'd want it done for my own family: one lawyer, a written price, and no surprises on the bill.
I spent my first years in practice at a larger firm, where clients often told me the hardest part wasn't the court, it was opening the invoice. So when I went out on my own, I priced the work I do most as flat fees and wrote down what each one covers.
I handle divorces, parenting plans and mediation, and nothing else. You'll deal with me, not a rotating team, from the first meeting to the judge's signature. Outside the office I coach a girls' soccer team in Benson and am slowly learning to bake my grandmother's kolache.
Work I do
- Uncontested divorce
- Parenting plans
- Child support
- Family mediation
